If the boiler is broken in a chartered house, who should pay for it?

charter boiler

The apartment is over ten years oldI think the boiler is probably over 10 years old. That's why the boiler is working well.

So I think we need to repair or check the boiler.

As I live on a lease, I don't know who should pay for this case.

If the boiler is broken in a chartered house, who should pay for it?

The landlord is right

If there is anything to repair about the house, the landlord should do it.
Consumables are annoying, so people who buy a lease sometimes do it, but if it's about like a boiler, the landlord does it.
