Is the non-glare monitor better for your eyes?

I wonder what kind of scientific evidence there is.

I use Mac for a long time, but all Mac products are glare.
However, I didn't feel that my eyes were particularly tired compared to the non-glare I used at work.

If it's glare, it shows reflected light, so it can feel that way when bright light is reflected
