Should Sesame Be Frozen?

sesame food

I bought sesame seeds, but it's a lot more than I thought.

But I think I don't have to keep it frozen because it's already stir-fried, so how should I store it?

It's good to keep it frozen.
The sesame scent doesn't come off well either.

Sesame seeds have a lot of oil, so it's easy to oxidize if you leave them outside.
If oil is oxidized, it becomes a bad ingredient.

Nuts can also be oxidized, so it's good to keep them refrigerated.
The same goes for sesame seeds.

Be sure to seal when refrigerating.
It absorbs the smell of the refrigerator well.
