Can you cook rice with a pressure cooker in an electric stove?

I usually used an electric rice cooker for rice cooker.

I don't think I can cook rice because I think the firepower will be weak with an electric stove.

Sometimes I want to cook rice with a pressure rice cooker, can I use an electric stove?
