If I attach an iptv, should I attach a good internet?

I'd like to apply for a new Internet application because the contract is over.

I'm thinking of adding an iptv, but if I attach an iptv, is there anything that I need to add at 500m instead of 100m wide LAN?

In the past, I used to play the Internet and download it from time to time, so I didn't need a fast speed, so 100m was enough.
