Which vaccine program would be good for free?

I was using a pill before.

I'm starting to get annoyed because advertisements keep popping up.

Is there any vaccine program that can be used for free that has good performance, no advertisements, or less?

The pill commercial is really annoying.
Most of the programs on Eastsoft were advertised, so I switched to alternative programs.
I switched to v3 for the vaccine, but there's still a commercial, but it bothers me less than a pill.
