Is there anyone who bought a cell phone by direct transaction from the vendor?

I looked at the used trading site and saw that vendors post a lot of cell phones through direct transactions.

I think I can easily get what I'm trying to get.

Has anyone bought it directly from a business operator?

Most other phones are not recommended.
