Why don't you just rinse your hair the day after the perm?

Or just wash it with water.

My hair feels so uncomfortable because I try not to wash it every day.

There are some people who only use conditioner.
I haven't tried it because I thought it would be a waste of money if it was released.

Do not get water after getting a perm.
When it gets wet, the hair changes shape, and when it dries again, it is fixed in that shape.
Hang in there, even if it's hard to bear.
