What's the reason for the lack of simultaneous pronunciation of digital piano?

When I bought a digital piano, there was a concept of simultaneous pronunciation.

It says 32 and 62 simultaneously, so I think 32 would be enough.

No matter how many times you press it with your finger, there are only 10 of them.

Why is 32 not enough?
