If the muscles are more than fat, they look the same in weight but much thinner.
It's because my body fat percentage is high.
The body fat ratio is the ratio of fat to muscle, but fat makes you look fatter because it's bulky.
By the same weight, fat is five times bigger than muscles.
That's why it looks bigger.
