What is the effect of using a shampoo exclusively for scalp pimples?

It's a product that removes silicon from coatings in regular shampoo.
But it has surfactant in it
(If you take out the surfactant from the shampoo, it doesn't make foam, so you have to put it in.)
It doesn't heal completely.
If you want to get rid of your scalp pimples completely, it's better not to use shampoo.

I recommend using natural soap instead of shampoo.
In the past, when I went to a hair salon, I heard why there were so many red pimples on my hair, but I haven't heard of it since I used natural soap.
