What's the difference between an LED and an LCD monitor?

Some monitors were labeled  LED and others were LCD.

What's the difference?

There is a difference in the light source that shines behind the monitor.
In the case of LED, the backlight is LED.
In the case of lcd, a fluorescent lamp called ccfl is used as a backlight.

In the case of LED, LED is a light source, so it has the advantage of having a long lifespan.
LCD has the disadvantage that the color changes to yellow over time.
