I guess there's a condition that requires more than 60% of what was originally advertised to be on the terms of the contract.
I don't know about sk, but in case of LG, it does something to make it come out at that speed.

I think you might be using wireless.
If you use wireless, it slows it down a lot.
It doesn't even come out more than half.
In that case, it doesn't change much just because you used giga light.
There's also a router problem.
Please test it by connecting it by wire.
