What's wrong with a sale that doesn't allow a lease loan?

lease-loan loans finance

If you look at Naver's real estate or real estate app, it says that loans for lease funds are not allowed in some cases.

I don't understand that the owner's house, not the bank, is talking as if he is deciding on a loan.

What's wrong with the sale, written down that lease loans are not available?

I need the landlord's consent to get a lease loan, but they didn't agree.

In a way, the bank can secure collateral for the lease funds received by the landlord, so the landlord is also connected to the bank.
There may be many reasons, but there are cases where the landlord doesn't want to do it.

Depending on the building that offers the lease, the lease loan may not be available.
The landlord already knows this, so they put up such conditions.
