I registered my credit card with a postpaid transportation card at Samsung Pay.
Later, I saw that the T-money payment details became 50,000 won.
It's a postpaid payment, but does Samsung Pay start paying 50,000 won and using a transportation card?

I think you're talking about 50,000 won for the provisional payment.
It doesn't actually pay.
It's a provisional payment.
The actual amount charged will be withdrawn on the card payment date only as much as you spend.
The only thing that costs 50,000 won is to get 50,000 won from the card limit.
You don't have to worry because the excess amount of the card limit will be reduced by 50,000 won.
