What should I do to connect my laptop and PC as comfortably as possible?

I usually work outside on my laptop.

When I come home, I tend to work with a large PC instead of a laptop.

Every time I receive data from my laptop via usb or send it by email to pc, and then I work on it.

This is quite uncomfortable, is there any way to make it more comfortable?

I'm not sure what kind of work it is, but if the work files can be separated one by one, like documents or photoshop,
