When I play a video on Gomplayer, the error 0x00000071 appears as below, what should I do?

Unable to connect to the streaming server. Try reconnecting.
If the problem persists, check your firewall and Internet connectivity.

I think it's because I'm trying to play videos that are provided through streaming.
I'm trying to stream it, but I don't think the internet connection is working.
