It's my first time in civil defense, do I have to wear military uniform?

It's my first year in civil defense, so should I wear military uniform or plain clothes?

My friends don't know if it's because I went to the army the fastest.

Can I wear my own clothes?

You can wear your own clothes. You can drag slippers on your shorts. Civil defense is free to dress up.
