It's literally a phenomenon where the turbo vehicle is stuck in a rack and the car is not going out properly.
The car engine trend is downsizing these days. Simply put, instead of lowering the engine's displacement, it is equipped with a turbo to match the engine's high-power displacement even though the displacement is low. It's Turbo that helps with that, and the turbo has to meet some conditions to work properly, but the rack is stuck in that section, so the output is not working properly. For your information, not all vehicles are racked, only turbo vehicles.
