I'm using DDR3 PC3-10600, so can I add DDR3 12800?

ddr3 pc3 10600 ddr3 12800

I'm using DDR3 PC3-10600 4G and I'd like to add 8G.

There seems to be no price difference, so I thought the performance would be good because the number is high, so I would like to add an additional DDR3 12800.

Will it work?

In the past, using 10600 and 12800 together was a problem, but now it's okay to use it like that.

It depends on the board, but even if you wear a 12800, it can operate as a 10600.

Whether it's 10600 or 12800, you don't have to buy 12800 unless you're buying it from scratch.
You can hardly feel it.
