Why is it tax-free if it's sold at duty-free shops?
If you don't have to pay taxes, why aren't regular stores doing that?

What I bought at the duty-free shop is tax-free because I go abroad with it.
If you bring it back to Korea, you have to pay taxes.
If you buy a product, you pay taxes to the country where the product is used.
The duty-free shop's products are not used in Korea, but in foreign countries.
So you can only buy it at the duty-free shop if you leave for a foreign country.
