There was a scratch in the middle of the Adadis training pants, can I get it repaired?

There was a scratch in the middle of the Adidas training pants.

It's not completely perforated, but it looks like it's torn, so can this be repaired?

When I took it to the Adidas store, they fixed it so that it didn't show
The price was free.
