I'd like to receive the pictures I uploaded on Google Drive via PC.

It's a hassle to download it all at once, so how do I download it all at once?

Go into Google, go into the picture, select one image to download, and then press shift to select other pictures at once.
And if you look at the top right, there's a download icon, and you can download it if you press this.
