There's a pill deletion error, so please look at it

If you want to delete the pill, an error appears as shown below.

No matter what I choose, I can't delete all of them, and I keep getting this error. What should I do?

Based on the content, the deletion program seems to have been deleted for some reason.
The program has already been deleted, but it might be because you tried to delete it.
Reboot and check again if it has been deleted from the control panel.

If it's still in the control panel, try reinstalling the pill and then deleting it again.
