Can I keep using the computer if I erase the encrypted file when I get ransomware?
There's nothing that comes out even if I tested it with a vaccine program.

The properties of ransomware disappear after encrypting the file.
If it doesn't come out as a vaccine program, you can just use it.
Ransomware usually disappears, but these days, it continues to lurk and seek secondary infections.
I recommend you to format it neatly and open it again.
