In terms of price, the all-in-one PC seems to be cheaper, but if it's for home use, the regular PC is much cheaper and has good performance.

I don't recommend both if you only use them at home.
PC is much better.
If you need to carry a little, you can carry a laptop.
You can think of an all-in-one PC if it's hard to put it because the seats are too small, but other than that, it's not good because it's disadvantageous to the PC in terms of performance and price.
