Diagnostic message appears, and when diagnosing, you cannot communicate with the device or resource.
It pops up like this.
Airplane mode? There's something like that, but I can't find the airplane mode setting anywhere I go.
I can't turn the router off and on, what should I do?
What's interesting is that the computer Internet is not working, but the Wi-Fi on the phone is working well.

I think you're using Windows 10.
There is an airplane mode setting in Windows 10.
If you look at the bottom right of the computer screen, there is an Internet access icon.
If you click on it, a small window pops up and there's an airplane mode button in the lower left corner.
You can turn off the airplane mode.
