Do I have to buy a hard disk?

I didn't buy a hard disk when I bought ssd because I heard it's easy to use quickly and I didn't buy a hard disk when I bought a prefabricated one.

Even when I turn on the computer, I can hear the fan spinning, but the window doesn't pop up. Is it because I didn't buy a hard disk?

I don't think there's anything I didn't buy except for the hard disk.

Or is there anything else I should check?
