I think the first thing that came up was the bios window.
Appears before Windows boots.
Seeing that you told me to press f1, I think there was probably a hardware error before starting Windows.
There would have been a message asking you to check the hardware.
If you read what kind of errors are coming up, it will come out.

CPU fan detect fail!

So I changed the cpu fan.
