There are times when shortcuts are not available in Cubase, why is that?

There are times when I can't use shortcuts when I work with Cubase.

You can't use it a lot like F3 or F11.

The shortcuts specified by the Key Command also did not work.

Why is that?

Make sure the Virtual Keyboard is turned on.
If you press F2, the Virtual Keyboard may appear on the left side of the window that pops up when you press F2.
Press the right mouse and turn off the Virtual Keyboard.
