Why is the internet disconnected sometimes in a studio apartment?

I'm using the internet in a studio apartment.

I don't use it separately, but there's something that's originally provided.

Sometimes it works well, but sometimes it gets disconnected to the point where I can't use the Internet at all. What's the reason?
