I got it because my friend had an extra phone.
How do I use an instrument?
Should I take it to the carrier's agency and open it?
Or do I just need to insert the USIM chip?
If I can insert a USIM chip, should the carrier be the same?

If you have a USIM chip that you used before, you can insert it.
If the device is for LG only, you can't do that if you put another carrier's USIM.
In that case, you have to go to the LG dealership and open it.
The latest smartphone is an unlock phone, but the old device may be locked.
In that case, you can call the carrier's customer service center and ask them to release the lock.
