I've been swimming for 2 months and I've lost 3kg already I really ate the same thing

I didn't want to go when I was running and it didn't have much effect, but after 2 months...3kg... It's awesome!

Swimming is good. It's probably hard because the weather is getting cold, but work hard! Fighting!
