Is it okay to do cardio on a bike?

bicycle aerobic-exercise

Running is so boring and I don't like it, so I'm thinking of riding a bicycle as an aerobic exercise. What do you think? Is cardio okay?

Your legs won't get too thick, will they??

Yes, it's very good. If you don't sit in the right position,
I heard that it can strain your knees

It's okay as long as it's in the right gear

You have the biggest muscles in your lower body, so you're going to burn a lot of calories

Your legs won't get thicker! You have to ride a lot to get thicker, but if you're an office worker or a student, I don't think you'll get thicker just by looking at the weight loss effect.

I don't think it'll get thick unless it's too heavy
