If you look on the Internet, you can see English well, but in Korean, it comes out like this.
The image comes out well.
How do I change the broken letters?

It's because the encoding setting has changed.
If you use Internet Explorer,
1. In the Internet Explorer window, press the Alt key.
2. Then you'll see additional menus, choose View - Encoding - Auto Select.
If it looks broken even with automatic selection,
Select Korean or Unicode (UTF-8)
This will solve the problem 100%.
