But I gained weight, so I'm trying to diet, but they told me to diet.I ate 1,400 calories a day for a month, but I don't think I'm losing weight, so should I eat 1,200 calories each? Is this what you eat?

It will help if you eat carbohydrates, protein, and fat evenly and reduce calories. And I recommend eating refined food (brown rice rather than white rice or chicken breast rather than pork belly)
