When I tried to buy a laptop, it looked like the same product, but the one written as Freedos was cheaper.

What does Friedos laptop mean?

I think it means that DOS is free, but don't you use DOS these days?

Freedos products refer to laptops that do not include os.
Non-Freedos are basically Windows 10 installed by default.
(that is, it is included in the purchase)

If you're using Linux or other operating systems, you don't need Windows, so you don't have to include the OS and sell it at a discount.
If you buy Windows because you're going to use Windows, you can buy Windows cheaper if it's included.
