I keep getting folliculitis

I keep getting folliculitis. I'm using an electric razor.

Even if you disinfect an electric razor, folliculitis occurs.

What's the reason? 

Is it because I shaved too closely? 

I use it after sterilizing it.

Ha...It's really annoying. I hope I don't get hair follicle.
