Is the nose pack effective?

It'll be refreshing if you see it being pulled out

The nose pack may seem to work temporarily,
It doesn't narrow the pores, so you can continue to get blackheads and remove them
It's better to wash your face with cold water to narrow your pores

If you get a lot of sebum on your nose, it's because your face releases a lot of sebum
It's because the percentage of fat I eat is high
Meat and dairy products are easy to overlook.
Meat and dairy products contain much more fat than you think.
If you eat it mainly as a vegetable-oriented diet, you can see that the secretion of sebum on the face decreases a lot, so skin pimples decrease a lot, and blackheads disappear naturally.
That's how I did it, so I don't care about blackheads at all now
