Please recommend a camera that's good for filming videos

I'm using Canon 600d right now.

It's hard to focus when you take pictures of moving objects.

I heard that the auto-focus function is not good because the 600d is a supply.

I'm going to shoot videos mainly, so I'm thinking of changing the camera.

Canon 600d and 700d are lacking in af function.
Canon 70d, 80d have good af performance.
It's just an intermediate period, so the price is a little high.
