Usually, when we practice, we turn on the metronome and hit the beat.
In order to actually play, if you're not listening to the metronome, you have to match the beat to a certain extent, but this is quite tricky.
It's hard to anchor even after more than half a year.
If I play a bit, I keep getting faster
