Do you use honorifics at work regardless of seniors and juniors? It's awkward for me to speak informally, but I think those who are good are good Other people are seniors, but do you still use honorifics?

We always use honorifics. Team leaders don't speak informally. If we speak informally, the atmosphere will be really weird
