It was like that when I used Windows 8, but after changing to Windows 10, I became a star again.
If you still go into Battlenet and try it, should I say that the mouse reaction is slow?
Scrolling the screen is also slow.
I feel like I'm stuttering a little bit, why is that?
Is there any solution?

It can be solved by using mca64Launcher.

You can get it here.
Internally, it's a program that uses wLauncher.
After you run this program, one of the options is the "directdraw" emulation option, which you can check and then run.
It works well when I play single, but I thought it was a network problem because of Battlenet, but I guess it's not.
I should use mca64Launcher kk
