How is USB PD different from USB-C?

There is a USB PD and a USB-C, but I don't know how it's different.

It looks the same, is there's a difference?

I don't know exactly, but I know that USBPD is a charging standard
As far as I know, usb-c is a standard for plugging connectors
It's just usb-c that supports usbpd, so it might look the same
