If I want to install Parand Tactics 4cd version, I see a lack of capacity, why is that?

If you want to install the 4cd version of Farland Tactics, it shows that there is not enough capacity.

There is enough capacity left in the hard drive.

Why is there a shortage of capacity?

The file that installs the cd version is probably SETUP.exe.
Right-click this file, and then click Properties>Compatibility>Compatibility Mode
You can change to Windows 98 and then install it.

There's a CD version of Parland Tactics 4.
I only did it with the no installation version, but it was hard because there were many bugs

Farland Tactics 4cd version has fewer bugs than no installation.
There are patches that prevent it from bouncing.
