Why does the phrase "unsupported accessories" appear when charging with a genuine cable on an iPhone 6 laptop?

I recently bought an iPhone 6 and use it.

When charging with a genuine cable in my laptop, the phrase "unsupported accessories" often appears.

I heard that it could be like this if it's not an original cable, but it's an original.

Is it a computer error?

Or should I change the cable?

I use a genuine Belkin cable, and that phrase sometimes comes out.
I think it's a software error.

If the voltage on the laptop is low, you might see this statement.
