I accidentally blew the deleted file out of the trash.
I searched on Naver because I heard that the deleted file can be recovered completely from Windows.

I've used all of the above, and I strongly recommend Ontrack Easy Recovery.
The demo version is only up to 1GB, but it's easy to use and the recovery rate is really good.
