The laptop cooling fan is always spinning at a constant speed, why is that?

But from some point on, the fans keep spinning fast.

Why is that?

I think it's because I didn't clean the fan.
There's a lot of dust on the fan.
Try cleaning up that part.

It's because there's a lot of dust in the pan.
Then, the internal temperature increases due to poor ventilation, so the fan keeps trying to spin quickly.
