I'm going on a trip to Osaka for 3 nights and 4 days, and I think I'll go back and forth by plane for about 24 hours.

I think I'll actually use the full 3 days

Day 1 is Sightseeing in Osaka

Day 2 is Kobe, Nara

Day 3 is about Kyoto

What should I pass?

Kobe, I think Nara is going to be a bit tough.
Kobe and Himeji sounds good.
I think it's better to just buy a ticket without passing.

I went on a similar schedule, but the pass was ambiguous, so I just bought it locally.
If you go to the subway station, the daily pass is 890 yen and 690 yen on Saturday and Sunday.
It's about 800 yen if you don't go to a tourist attraction, so Osaka Tourist One-day Pass is fine.
