What color temperature should I buy when I buy LED?

If you like the bright and white feel, you can buy a product over 4000K.
If you like the yellow color, you can buy about 3000K.
The higher the color temperature, the more blue color goes in, so it feels closer to white.
If the color temperature is low, the blue color decreases and becomes yellow.
If the color temperature is too high, it can cause a lot of blue light and hurt your eyes.
Some low-priced Chinese models have high blue lights, so it's better to avoid them.
